We are pleased to inform you that from the 15th of September 2015 the winter flu vaccination will be available at the surgery.
Help protect yourself and your loved ones from flu.
The Departmenth of Health recommends vaccination for ‘at risk’ groups. Please make an appointment if you fall into the following categories:
- Adults over 65
- Those aged 6 months – 65 years in clinical risk groups – e.g. patients with long term (chronic) or underlying conditions
- Pregnant women
- All 2, 3 and 4 year olds (at these ages on the 31/08/2015)
- Those in long-stay residential care homes.
- Carers
Some children of primary school age will also be offered a flu vaccination at school.
Flu clinics will be held at the surgery daily Monday to Friday.
