The practice is no longer taking prescription requests over the telephone as serious medication errors are more likely to be made through verbal communication and can block the telephone line.
Prescription requests must either be put into the locked box in the waiting room, the secure post box at the car park gates (when the surgery is closed) or ordered online through the surgery website.
