Half Day Closure

The surgery will be closed from 12.30pm on Tuesday the 20th of September 2016 due to clinical staff training purposes and will not reopen until 9am on Wednesday the 21st of September 2016.

Citizens Advice Bureau

The Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, confidential and impartial advice regarding money, legal, consumer and other problems. Please take a look at the Citizens Advice Poster for further information. Appointments can be made through a staff member at the surgery and the Citizens Advice appointments take place in the surgery most Friday afternoons.

Surgery Early Closure

On Thursday the 14th of July 2016 the surgery will close half an hour earlier than usual at 12.30pm for training purposes. The practice will not reopen until 9am on Friday the 15th of July 2016.

Patient Participation Group Meeting

The next Patient Participation Group Meeting (PPG) will be held on Thursday the 30th of June 2016 at 11.30am. If you are not currently a member and would like to join the group please call in at reception.

What is the PPG?

Do you want to improve health and health services in your local community?

Do you want to have the opportunity to have a voice and get involved in the way your health service is run?

Do you want to help shape and improve services and even get involved in shaping and delivering new and exciting services?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions then you may be the right person to join our Practice Patient Participation Group.

Let us hear about your experiences, views and ideas for making services better.

The Practice is looking for people from all ages and backgrounds who are enthusiastic about influencing and improving the way that local healthcare is delivered.

If you are interested, please ask for the Practice Patient Participation Group Application Form at Reception.
