PATIENT ACCESS
This service allows patients to book their own appointments, order their prescription and view their summary record online.
You will need to bring a photo ID (driving licence/passport) with you to the the surgery to complete the online registration process. You will then be given a pin number and a step by step guide explaining how to use the online service.
Once you have been registered with the online service log on to https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk and you will be able to gain access to patient summary record.
