The surgery will be closed on the following dates due to the Easter Holidays:
Friday April the 3rd 2015
Saturday April the 4th 2015 (weekend closing)
Sunday April the 5th 2015 (weekend closing) 
Monday April the 6th 2015
If you are due for a new prescription around this time please request it 48 hours earlier than you usually would.
If you need urgent medical advice during the time that the surgery is closed please call NHS 111. In the case of a medical emergency please call the emergency services on 999. Thank you.
