To coincide with the Spring Bank Holiday and Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations the surgery will be closed all day on both Monday 4th of June 2012 and Tuesday 5th of June 2012 and will not reopen until Wednesday 6th of June 2012 at 9am. The usual Gat Doc out of hours number will be in use throughout the weekend and both bank holidays beginning at 6pm on Friday 1st of June and ending at 8am on Wednesday 6th of June. The number for the out of hours doctor is 0845 056 8060. After 8am on Wednesday 6th June until the surgery reopens at 9am that very day, the telephone number to call will be 0845 601 8803.
