Please be aware of the road closures in and around Chopwell on Tuesday 10^th September

Which, may disrupt access to the surgery via transport.

Opening Times
Monday	9am - 1pm 2pm - 6pm
Tuesday	9am - 1pm 2pm - 6pm
Wednesday	9am - 1pm 2pm - 6pm Extended hours: 7.30am to 8am and 6pm to 7.30pm (from 3rd of July 2019) Practice Nurse and HCA only
Thursday	9am - 1pm
Friday	9am - 1pm 2pm - 6pm
Saturday	Closed
Sunday	Closed When the surgery is closed between 8am and 6pm please call the surgery phone number (01207 561736) and follow the messages. You will be directed to the GP on call.
